What is this platform about?

Our platform is an all-in-one online pharmacy and telehealth service that allows you to purchase medications, consult with pharmacists, and book virtual doctor appointments—all from the comfort of your home.

Is this service available nationwide?

Currently, our services are available only in Ibadan, Oyo State. However, we are working on expanding nationwide soon! Stay tuned for updates.

 

E-Commerce & Medication Orders

How do I place an order for medications?
  1. Browse our online pharmacy and add products to your cart.
  2. Upload a prescription (if required).
  3. Proceed to checkout and make payment.
  4. Your order will be processed and delivered to your location.
Do I need a prescription to order medications?
  • Yes, for prescription-only medications, you must upload a valid prescription.
  • No, for over-the-counter (OTC) medications, supplements, and wellness products.

 

How long does delivery take?
  • Delivery: 2–3 Hours
  • Prescription Drugs: Within 24 hours (To verify prescriptions submitted).
Can I return or exchange medications?

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on medications. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team immediately.

Telepharmacy (Pharmacist Consultation)

What is telepharmacy?

Telepharmacy allows you to consult with a licensed pharmacist via phone, video call, or chat. You can get guidance on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and more.

 

How do I book a consultation with a pharmacist?
  1. Fill out the booking form.
  2. Select your preferred communication method (phone, video, or chat).
  3. Choose a date and time for your consultation.
  4. Make a secure payment and receive confirmation.

 

What kind of questions can I ask a pharmacist?
  • How should I take my medication?
  • What are the side effects of my medication?
  • Can I take this medication with my other prescriptions?
  • Do I need to refill my prescription soon?

 

Will I get follow-up support after my pharmacist consultation?

Yes! Our pharmacists provide follow-up support to ensure you’re using your medications correctly and answer any additional concerns.

Doctor Consultations (Telemedicine)

How does an online doctor consultation work?
  1. Fill out the booking form and select “Consult a Doctor.”
  2. Choose your preferred method of communication (phone call, video call, or chat).
  3. Pick a convenient date and time.
  4. Make a secure payment and receive confirmation.
  5. Join the consultation at your scheduled time.

 

What types of medical issues can I discuss with a doctor?
  • General health concerns (fever, headaches, infections, etc.).
  • Chronic conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma).
  • Medication prescriptions and second opinions.
  • Mental health concerns and wellness advice.
Can I get a prescription after a doctor consultation?

Yes, if your doctor determines that a prescription is necessary, they will issue one for you. You can then upload it on our platform for medication fulfillment.

 

Can I cancel or reschedule my consultation?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Payments & Security

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment options.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.

 

Can I get a refund if I cancel my consultation?

Refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Otherwise, a rescheduling option may be provided.
